4 Sizzling Steak Sandwiches

Steak sandwiches are not only delicious but they are also versatile.  You can create a steak sandwich to reflect the cuisine of any part of the globe.  While I love filet mignon, it's not the best steak suited for a sandwich.  Inexpensive cuts such as skirt steak or flank steak are better for this application because they take well to marinades and can be easily cooked on the indoor or outdoor grill.  You want want to miss a bite of these dynamite steak sandwiches.

This easy steak sandwich is a great way to use up any leftovers.  If you don't have a panini press, you can use another pan and two large cans to weigh down the sandwich.
