Combining both the tang of Oranges and the sweetness of Strawberries in a single soft, moist bundle of cake goodness, this is one dessert that's sure to evoke thoughts of fresh spring breezes and warm sunshine.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup Soy Cream
1/3 cup Orange Vanilla Sugar
2 cups Almond Flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 orange, 1/2 sliced in circles, half chopped
2 cups of hulled strawberries
