The Red Carpet Cooler is the perfect cocktail to sip on during the Academy Awards. 100% agave silver tequila is paired with orange liqueur and cranberry juice to make a tasty drink. A dash of lemon lime soda adds effervesence and sweetness. This is a great beverage to serve at your Oscar party.
The Red Carpet Cooler
1 part of Sauza® Blue 100% Agave Silver Tequila
½ part DeKuyper® 03 Premium Orange Liqueur
3 parts cran-raspberry juice
1 ½ parts lemon-lime soda
½ tbsp. sanding sugar
Sugar (optional)
½ lime for garnish (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher filled with ice. Run a lime wedge around half the lip of each glass and dip in sanding sugar to rim. Fill glasses with ice, pour margarita into each glass, and garnish with a lime wedge (optional).
