We love brownies. We dream of different ways to make them, all in the name of our jobs. Brownies can't get much more delicious, unless you consider making them in a waffle maker.
This recipe for Waffle Brownies is a fantastic example of just how amazing food bloggers can be. We found this beauty at Tea and Cookies. It's been made even more yummy by adding some berries and ice cream.
INTENSE WAFFLE BROWNIES
Adapted from Chow.com, serves eight
6 oz bittersweet chocolate (not unsweetened)
1 stick unsalted butter (8 tbs)
2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground espresso or espresso powder
½ teaspoon chunky salt
