Tahini, garlic and lemon juice are the traditional flavors of hummus, but this hummus recipe gets a surprising (and healthy!) kick of flavor from butternut squash. The result is a sweet and savory creamy dip that is amazing served with pita bread and fresh vegetables such as radishes and endive. For a little added flavor and texture, garnish with toasted walnuts and a bit of sprouts. You'll simply love this festive holiday appetizer!
