Ridiculously Easy Brazilian Cheese Bread

November 21, 2013

These little baked cheese balls are a popular snack food in Brazil where they're known as Pao de Queijo. This easy recipe from Homemade Bites has only three ingredients: tapioca starch, Parmesan cheese and heavy cream. It doesn't get any easier than that, and in minutes you'll have a tasty treat that everyone will love! Plus, they're gluten free! Mix it up this holiday season and serve these instead of the traditional dinner roll.
