As we creep closer to Halloween, we're starting to see giant bags of chocolate candy, gummy worms and candy corn. But let's not forget about those cute little mellowcreme pumpkin candies, with their bright green tops!
This sugar cookie recipe from Lovely Little Kitchen makes mellowcreme pumpkin candies the star. It's scary just how sweet these cookies turn out…
Ingredients:
½ cup butter softened
1½ cup sugar, divided
1 egg
½ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon almond extract
2½ cups all purpose flour
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tarter
1 bag of Brach’s Mellowcreme Pumpkins
