Labor Day Mains: Bourbon Glazed Pork Chops

August 30, 2013

Bourbon glazed pork chops from My Inspired Table are a delicious main course for your Labor Day barbecue.  The chops are marinated in brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce, and of course bourbon, for at least an hour before hitting the flames.  The reserved marinade is boiled until it becomes thick and syrupy to be glazed over the chops.  One of the keys to grilling is to have the meat at room temperature before it's cooked. Serve these bourbon glazed pork chops with your favorite barbecue sides.
