When we think of barbecue or minds usually wonder to ribs. Maple glazed baby back ribs from Lau's Kitchen are a sticky sweet mess that you'll thoroughly enjoy eating. Instead of a grill, these ribs are baked in the oven which yields a heartier texture that requires less cooking time. Serve these maple glazed ribs with your favorite barbecue sides including corn on the cob, potato salad and slaw.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1 tbs of garlic powder
1/2 tbs of onion powder
1 tsp of cayenne pepper (more if you like it spicy)
1 tsp of coarse black pepper
1 tsp of sea salt
1/4 cup of maple syrup
