In the health food section of our awesome grocery store is a type of treat that I think of as my vice. It is something that I buy only for me, and keep stashed away in a high cupboard. No sharing allowed-it's that good.
Now, this recipe is exactly what I buy at the store, and since I can make more anytime, sharing is finally allowed.
1 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
1 cup shelled sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
