Instead of your traditional Irish car bomb, sip on this classy kiss me I'm Irish cocktail. This easy drink is shaken with vodka, elderflower syrup and grapefruit. Garnish the kiss me Irish with a grapefruit wedge.
Kiss Me I'm Irish
Ingredients:
50ml or 2 oz Belvedere Vodka
Dash Elderflower Syrup
3 chunks pink grapefruit
Directions:
Muddle grapefruit with elderflower cordial.
Add crushed ice and churn. Re-top with
crushed ice and garnish with a pink grapefruit
wedge.
