Singer Jessie J follows a healthy diet full of greens but admits she is not immune to not-so-good-for-you treats.
"I eat a lot of fruit and a lot of veg, and I drink a lot of water, but I love my carbs," she told We love Pop magazine. "I don't really eat junk food. It's the only think I'm not a fan of. Everyone in my team is like, 'I'm just going to go to KFC.'"
While Jessie isn't a fan of fast food, she has her own version of a 'naughty' midnight snack. "But when it's, like, midnight and nowhere else is open, I'd much rather have mashed potato, gravy and cheese. That's my naughty thing, instead of just saturated, mixed-up meat in a burger."
The British beauty credits her mother for her currently healthy diet, saying she wasn't allowed to eat fast-food meals as a child.
"When I was young my mum, bless her, used to make potato wedges with little bits of chicken and put them in a little box with an 'M' on it and tell us it was from McDonalds," Jessie said. "And then when I went to McDonalds it wasn't as nice as what my mum made. I think junk food makes you feel really crappy."
