Award winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow is being considered for the role of Chef Gabrielle Hamilton in the film adaptation of Blood, Bones & Butter. Hamilton's memoir chronicles her unconventional culinary training from her early childhood food adventures to the many hours spent in catering kitchens to the opening of her famed New York restaurant, Prune. Paltrow is a known foodie, seen on various food shows, including her very own show with Mario Batali, as well as publishing her own cookbook, My Father's Daughter.
