Maria Menounos took to her Twitter page to share some of her own fitness tips with her followers.
"The key to getting a good midriff: at least 50 crunches a day, drink LOTS of water + try to keep sodium to [a] minimum so you don't bloat," the TV personality wrote. "I love to start my day with yogurt and blueberries!"
Menounos also told fans that hiking is a big part of her exercise regime and her favorite summer treat is chocolate pudding.
