Celebrate July 4th with these colorful cupcakes in a jar from Simply Love Food. White vegan cake (either homemade or from a box) is colored red and blue before being baked in the oven. Using a cookie cutter, the cake is cut into circles that are the same size as the jar. The blue and red cake are layered with white vegan frosting and topped with patriotic sprinkles.
