Bamboo Wing Restaurant, located in the Vietnamese province Vinh Phuc, takes the idea of sustainable buildings to a new level with its structure composed entirely of bamboo.
Designer Vo Trong Nghia designed the Bamboo Wing restaurant to show how versatile and strong the plant is; the bamboo will continue to grow as the restaurant ages. Nghia also had the restaurant shaped into a pair of wings to further highlight bamboo's ability to be manipulated into structures while maintaining its strength.
