Wait until you see this fabulous dish from our absolute favorite cooking channel: Cookingwithdog. Okonomiyaki is a sort of a filled pancake, however that name does not do it justice. It is a savory pancake filled with seafood and pork belly, with of course, plenty of vegetables. It looks amazing!
On a more somber note: Chef was seriously injured back in January, while riding her bike in the suburbs of Tokyo. She is currently in rehab and getting better slowly, but surely. We at Foodista, want to send out our sincerest wishes for a fast recovery.
We have learned more about Japanese cooking through the CookingWithDog channel, than any other. Hurry back, Chef!
