Irish folklore holds that leprechauns stored their coins from making shoes in a pot at the end of a rainbow, and these pot of gold cake pops let you reap the sweet benefits of leprechauns' labor. The cake pops are the creation of Sheri Fisher of Pop Goes a Daisy, and come in nine flavor combinations, including carrot and cream cheese, red velvet and cream cheese, strawberry and vanilla, and yellow cake and vanilla.
