Rapper 50 Cent is renowned for his well-muscled physique, and he's set to share his diet and fitness secrets in a new book called "Formula 50: A 6-Week Total Body Transformation Plan." He'll write the book with Jeff O'Connell, the editor of BodyBuilding.com, and debut the book in January 2013.
50 Cent hopes that his diet and fitness book will help his fans "make positive changes and take charge of their overall health." This will be his third book; he's already written a business book called "The 50th Law" and a teen anti-bullying novel called "Playground."
