Serious cheese fiends may want to check out Clawson Stilton Gold, a Stilton infused with gold liqueur and edible gold leaf. The cheese costs £60 (about $94) a slice, making it the most expensive Stilton in the world.
"We wanted to create something special, a unique Stilton cheese, for the Christmas market," said Janice Breedon, a spokesperson for Long Clawson Dairy. "Just a limited run to hopefully get more people interested in Stilton." Would you ever try this Midas-touched cheese?
