I know, I know...summer is gone but who is to say we still can't enjoy a nice frozen cocktail. This is more of a dessert than a drink anyway. Although it may be icy, the flavors sing of fall; earthy pumpkin, warm spices, and of course a kick from the Kahlua, Bailey's and vodka (we can't forget those) all whipped with some vanilla ice cream. Frozen Pumpkin Mudslide
Yield: 2 frozen pumpkin mudslides (double, triple, quadruple, etc. to fit your needs)

2 ounces (1/4 cup) vodka
2 ounces (1/4 cup) Kahlua
2 ounces (1/4 cup) Baileys Irish Cream
8 ounces (2 cups) vanilla ice cream
8 ounces (1 cup) pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
whipped cream, to taste
chocolate syrup, to taste
