Quick and Easy Andouille Sausage and Potato Hash

October 2, 2011

Andouille sausage and potato hash is a quick and easy meal that can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.  A hash is a hodgebodge of leftover ingredients sauteed together to make one killer dish.  You can add eggs, a myriad of veggies, and a protein (I prefer chicken or sausage).  This is a one pan meal that everyone will love.

Andouille Sausage and Potato Hash

Add the sliced sausage to the pan and roast for an additional 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with a dash of cayenne pepper.
