Breakfast fans will be particularly delighted with these pancake, bacon and egg cupcakes by Apollina of TheYouFinder. The "eggs" are actually gummi eggs that the blogger-baker found at TJ Maxx as she was waiting to pay; she used them to top off maple buttermilk pancake cupcakes and maple-butter frosting. A slice of maple bacon completes the deceptive-looking treat.
