Rachel Linhart baked this stellar Death Star Cake for a 7-year-old "Star Wars" fan. The edible space station took Linhart some 24 hours to bake, design and assemble, and features a dueling Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker, the Star Destroyer, the Millennium Falcon and the Star Wars logo.
Unfortunately, Linhart said that the cake was crushed in a New York City taxi en route to the celebration; the celebrating kids didn't mind, however, declaring it "the Death Star after Luke destroyed it." Here's a shot of the Death Star Cake in all its glory:
