One of the world's best restaurants, elBulli, is going to be featured on the big screen. Renowned chef Ferran Adria is know for surrealist cooking. Better said, he is famous for introducing the cooking method of molecular gastronomy. In his opinion, "the more bewilderment, the better!" In the film El Bulli: Cooking in Progress, Chef Adria opens his kitchen doors to give viewers a first hand look on how the world's best culinary team prepares for the next seasons menu. According to several sources, the film is expected to be released in the United States July 27, 2011. Watch the trailer below.
