Are there foods that others talk about all the time, and you simply nod as if you have ANY idea what they are talking about? Yea, that is me and Curry.
I always thought that curry was a spice. Stop laughing! You know, as in Curry Powder? Geez, now I know that it is actually a type of dish that has many facets of flavor and is very flexible as far as the protein and heat level goes.
So my sticky note for this coming weekend is to make Chicken Curry. Thanks to this recipe, it seems to be pretty simple. Wish me luck!

Thank you for sharing your recipe! Another way to prepare chicken so that we will not feel bored or lose appetite because we think we have tasted this meat too many times. This is one of the reasons why delis, diners and restaurants across the country try to find something unique or special style in preparing their meals to keep their customers coming back for more. Not just for the taste, but because their meals are not cooked simply with oil like what most of us are used to.
