The 2011 Tour de France is just around the corner, beginning July 2nd and ending July 24th.  These professional cyclists ride 2,200 miles through France, finishing in Paris.  This three week tour attracts riders from around the world who all compete for the top spot.  The first place winner will receive a generous sum of 450,000 euros.  To celebrate the start of the tour, cook a French inspired meal for your friends and family.  When your eating, you will feel as if you were part of the action.
