1.Use smaller plates, you will be amazed at how this works!

2. Serve the meal and then put all of the food away.

3. Ask for a separate plate at restaurants, put what you want to eat on the extra plate and have the waiter put the rest of the food in a container to go.

4. Eat slowly to ensure that hormones have a a chance to feedback to the brain.

5. Chew well to help with digestion.

6. If you start to feel hungry, eat protein. This keeps the blood sugar balanced

7. Pile your plate with veggies, that way you feel you are eating a lot, but won't be adding empty calories.

8. Cook veggies with coconut oil, ghee, or butter. The fat helps create satiety, the feeling of being full.
