Taking a cue from the SAME (So All May Eat) Cafe (Denver, CO) Common Table (Bend, OR) , >, Jon Bon Jovi will be opening a new restaurant, Soul Kitchen, this spring in Red Bank, NJ. Supported by the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation, whose mission is to combat homelssness, the Soul Kitchen allows low-income families to come eat, paying what they can. No money? No problem, just work it off in the kitchen serving others in need.
