When shopping for bread, the last thing you want is a stale loaf that is several days old. Well, there is a quick way to tell the age of your bread. Look at the color of the tie that holds the bag shut. Each color represents a particular day of the week when your bread was made. Check out the guide below, from The Kitchn website. It seems they don't bake breads on Wednesdays or Sundays.
