Ingredients
1 1/2 cups
brown sugar
1 tablespoon
cornstarch
1 cup
light cream
2 tablespoons
butter
Preparation
1
Combine first 2 ingredients together.

Add to above ingredients, cook and
stir
until
boiling.
Reduce
heat
,
simmer
8 to 10 minutes.
Stir
occasionally, until mixture
thickens.
Makes 1 3/4 cups. Will
store
in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
