Fettuccine

Preparation

Sift the flour into a large bowl; make well in center of flour; add eggs, and water. Work liquids into flour with fingers to make a soft dough.

Knead dough 10 minutes or until dough is soft and smooth. Cover with a damp towel and let dough rest at 15-20 minutes.

Slice dough into 1/4 inch wide strips.

Cook as you would normal pasta.

About
Fettuccine is one of the oldest and most popular forms of pasta. It pairs best with rich, creamy sauces, such as with Fettuccine Alfredo, but olive oil, tomato and butter-based sauces are also commonly served.
