3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon peanut oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon pickling spice
1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
1 cup diced tomatoes, seeded
