Raw Refried Beans
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups sunflower seeds (optional: soaked)
3 tablespoons raw tahini
cup pure water,
2 “ piece of white or yellow onion, chopped
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin powder
1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
Cayenne to taste
Preparation

In a food processor, puree all the ingredients until smooth. Add more spices and some olive oil if needed. Add cayenne for spicy beans.
