Ingredients

potatoes
2 teaspoons grated
onions
2 beaten
eggs
1 tablespoon
flour
Salt
and
pepper
Simmering
salt
water
1 1/2 cups
bread crumbs
Milk
Preparation

Grate potatoes.
Mix
bread
crumbs moistened with milk,
squeezed
almost
dry.
Add onions, eggs, flour,
salt
and pepper.

Flour your hands, then form in small balls, walnut size.
Dredge
the balls lightly with flour.

Drop in
salted
water. Cover pot,
simmer
15 minutes. Don't lift cover and peek.
