Steak Topped With Tomato & Zucchini Sauce

Ingredients
2
round steaks
1 tablespoon
olive oil
1
medium
yellow onion,
chopped
1 inch
zucchini,
chopped
into ¼ slices
1
garlic clove,
minced
8
oz can of no
salt
added
tomato sauce
15
oz can of no
salt
added
diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon
Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon
parmesan
salt
and
pepper
Preparation

Cook steaks in a pan over a medium
heat.
Cook for 9-11 minutes f
lipping o
nce.

In a sauce pan,
heat
olive oil over medium
heat.
Add onions and zucchini. Sauté for 3-4 minutes and then add garlic. Sauté for an additional minute.

Add the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Allow to bubble then
reduce
to
simmer.

Add Italian
seasoning,
parmesan and
salt
and pepper to
taste.
Cook for about 5-7 minutes.

Top
the steak with the sauce and enjoy!
