5 Minute Chocolate Cup Cake

Ingredients

4 tbsps flour
2 tbsps sugar
2 tbsps dark chocolate (Xocai Activ powder)
1 whole eggs
3 tbsps milk
3 tbsps oil
1 tbsp dark chocolate (Xocai Sipping Xocolate)
12 tsp vanilla (or almond extract)

Preparation

Add dry ingredients to a large coffee cup or mug mix well. Add the egg mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil; mix well. Add the Sipping Xocolate, and vanilla or almond extract. Mix again. Put the cup in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug; this is normal. Allow to cool a little; remove from cup and place on a plate. Cut into slices; serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Serves 2 to 3
