Turmeric Potatoes

Ingredients

4 pounds new potato, quartered
1 tablespoon minced garlic
tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons turmeric
1 salt and pepper

Preparation

While potatoes are cooking, whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, chives, turmeric, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.

Place potatoes in a large pot of cold, salted water. Bring to a boil and simmer 6 minutes, or until tender but still firm (they will finish cooking on bbq.) When cool enough to handle, remove skin from potatoes.

Place potatoes in marinade. Cover and refrigerate for one hour, turning occasionally.

Preheat grill to medium high. Grill for 8 minutes, or until golden and heated through. Serve with pine planked pickerel.
