Sugar-Free Ginger Spice Cookies Recipe [Paleo, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free]
Ingredients
2 cups whole almonds
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 egg
3 Tablespoons freshly grated ginger
2 Tablespoons cinnamon powder
½ teaspoon of nutmeg
Stevia equivalent to 6 Tablespoons of sugar
Dash of salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F (175C).

Food process or blend the whole almonds with the chia seeds.

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

Form small cookies with your hands and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
