Ingredients
1 bottle Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG
1 fl. Oz gin
ΒΌ freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 teaspoons sugar
Lemon spiral (garnish)
Preparation

Combine gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well until the sugar dissolves. Strain into an iced flute and top with Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG. Garnish with a lemon spiral.
