Almond Halwa

Ingredients

1 cup ALMOND- 1 (SOAK IN WATER FOR 30 MIN,PEEL OFF THE SKIN)
2 cups SUGAR- 1
3 rosewater-1tablespoons
4 PACHA KARPOORAM-A PINCH
5 ghee-1tbsps
6 cups MILK- ΒΌ

COARSE GRIND THE SKIN PEELED ALMONDS WITH MILK

HEAT A THICK BOTTOM PAN AND MELT THE GHEE

ADD THE GROUND MIXTURE TO THE HOT GHEE

SAUTE IT WELL FOR 10 MIN

ADD THE SUGAR,MIX WELL

ADD THE ROSEWATER AND THE PACCHAKARPOORAM
7
STIR WELL AND COOK FOR 10 MIN
8
GREASE THE DISH WTH LITTLE GHEE AND POUR THE HALWA
9
SERVE THE DELICIOUS HALWA
