Wash all vegetables, peel potatoes and carrots, remove the first layer to the onion and place around the cloves.

Bring water to a boil in a pressure cooker in which we entered open all the ingredients except the salt and meat, which will be added only to the boil.

Place the meat in boiling water, close the pot and cook over medium heat then the whistle, reduce heat to low and cook for 1 hour and 1/2.
