200 gr dates
100 gr cranberries dried
100 gr cashews raw
1 tbsp cocoa powder natural and unsweetened
1 tbsp chia seeds
20 gr shredded coconut for garnishing


Soak the dates and cranberries in warm water for about 10 min.After this,drain them.Peel the dates and remove the pits from them.
