Healthy oat flour pancakes

Ingredients

For the pancakes:
2 spoonfuls of oat flour
1 egg
2 spoonfuls of milk
To top:
3 spoonfuls of yogurt
5 strawberries
1 pomegranate

Preparation

First of all you have to prepare the mixture of your pancakes.

Add into a bowl, 2 spoonfuls of oat flour, a whole egg & 2 spoonfuls of milk.

Mix well, until you have an even mixture.

Then, prepare a pan and spray a little bit of olive oil, heat at medium to high temperature.

Pour bit by bit the mixture & cook your pancakes. Keep a close eye to them, as they will be thin & will burn easily.

Once all of your pancakes are made, pile them up on a plate and top with anything you fancy. I chose fat free greek yogurt, strawberries and pomegranate seeds.
