(recommend: balsamic)

Shallots,

Preparation

Place Alouette Garlic & Herbs Spreadable Cheese in medium sized bowl.

In another bowl,
whisk
together olive oil, vinegar and shallots until well
blended.

Gradually add the vinaigrette mixture to the cheese creating a delicious sauce.
