Hello, I'm looking for some help. I need to make Birria for about 40 to 50 peeps and I have never made birria before. I'm a pretty good cook however i have no idea how to pull this off. Can someone help?
Holy Smokes- that is a lot! I would make a few batches and refrigerate -then reheat in large pans. Here is a little video & recipe from the mexgrocer.com
You'll want warm tortillas- I like to toast mine over an open flame- They only take a few seconds.
