About
This is my personal recipe for yakisoba. In Japan, yakisoba is considered as junk food. Normally, yakisoba requires a ready made yakisoba sauce. When I cooked this, yakisoba sauce wasn't available in our local groceries.
You can also add thin beef strips, fish cakes, etc. You can also top this with bonito flakes before serving. Be creative!
For Philippine readers, you can now find yakisoba sauce in Saizen. You can also buy yakisoba packs with pre-cooked noodles and packets of yakisoba sauce at The Landmark Supermarket. This recipe is a result of trial and error. You can experiment with the ingredients as you please. You can visit my blog, www.240baon.blogspot.com, to read more yakisoba recipes and Japanese inspired dishes.
