Derby Cooking: Kentucky Hot Brown Sandwich

No Derby party is complete without it's signature sandwich: the Kentucky Hot Brown. A slice of bread is topped with turkey, sliced tomatoes, and cheese sauce. If that wasn't already over the top, it is garnished with crispy bacon.
