I(Amy) have to add, that buying and using frozen cranberries doesn't have to stop at Thanksgiving. Buy them while they are inexpensive and seasonal, and freezer right in the bag. Add them to your recipes while frozen. Don't tell my family, but I am currently using the last of the last bag from last year. :-)
