Iron Chef star and sushi master Masaharu Morimoto sang in front of a packed house at the Thousand Hearts Benefit Concert in Pasadena on Saturday to help victims of the earthquake in Japan.
Not only does he love the crowd, but the chef is not afraid of his voice. He's backed by a full band and the song gets pretty epic at the 2:40 mark. Nothing accompanies a song better than jumping.
